this a great product with a 17inch screen and beats audio with a great quad core processor, but the thing is it runs really hot, a good fix would be to disassemble the unit and remove the old thermal paste from the processor and gpu with alcohol and reapply new grease, and a good program to monitor the temperatures is a program called "fan speed" temps should cruise between 75 and 85 degrees celcious. also a good thing to do is to check the unit for viruses or malware but after this things shold run just fine.

a great aio unit, a little on the heavy side, a recent windows 10 upgrade nightmare however the issue is after windows 10 upgrade the screen began to flicker according to the customer and after that the unit would power up but no lights or sounds or POST unfortunately Mobile Tech Unit is unable to solve this issue and HP doesnt look like they are having any luck either. if a solution becomes available i will be sure to post it.

a very good unit with the exception of windows 8.1 one of the most recent interactions with it was the power button was at first glance faulty but upon a closer inspection found the power button cable was a little loose and needed to be reseated. after this was complete things worked great and of course the customer was satisfied as well
